We know that wedding planning can be overwhelming and many times you are working within a specific budget, so we wanted to go ahead and lay out as much information we could! Below is our pricing and information for all things wedding! WEDDING CAKE PRICING
Our wedding cakes start at $5.00/serving for basic buttercream decorated wedding cakes. Fondant decorated wedding cakes start at $5.75/serving. This pricing includes basic flavors, fillings, frostings and simple borders/decorations.
**Additional charges apply for buttercream or fondant flowers, special decorations/intricate artwork and other complex decorations.**
Your wedding cake order includes a FREE 6 inch Anniversary Cake (client is responsible for ordering this 1 month before your anniversary and we will have it ready for pick up for you on your requested date :) **Fresh cake is always better than frozen cake!!**
We also offer Grooms cakes starting at $4.25 a serving. Prices are based on design. This is a GREAT option for rehearsal dinners!
SHEET CAKES/KITCHEN CAKES PRICING
These are LAYERED undecorated Buttercream covered cakes. When cut, it looks just like your wedding cake.
(Display cake of 100 servings or more is required for purchase of Kitchen Cakes)
Quarter Kitchen Cake: 54 servings $162.00
Half Sheet Cake: 108 servings $324.00
Full Sheet Cake: 192 servings $576.00
WEDDING CUPCAKE PRICING
Our cupcakes start at $40.00 per dozen. This includes basic flavors, a filling, and buttercream swirl/rose swirl on top, and your choice color of cupcake wrapper.
**Additional charges apply for buttercream or fondant decorations (flowers, hearts, etc), chocolate monograms and other complex decorations.**
COOKIE PRICING
Our decorated sugar cookies start at $48/dozen. There is a minimum order requirement amount of 2 dozen cookies and after that cookies may be ordered by the half dozen.
**Price may go up for intricate artwork and other complex decorations.** •
CAKE POP PRICING
Cake Pops begin at $40/ dozen for basic cake pop covered in candy coating with your choice of sprinkles. Minimum order requirement of 2 dozen cake pops for an order and you may order by the half dozen afterwards.
**if you want paper decor or other decorations added to cake pops additional charges will apply**
CAKE TASTINGS
Cake tasting boxes are available upon request for a non-refundable $30 fee (credited to you final balance if you end up booking us for your event). You will get to sample 3 different cake flavor combinations and you may elect to have a consultation at this point as well. This is for up to 2 people. At this time, we are not offering in-person tastings. We will provide you with a tasting box to enjoy at your convenience.

RESERVING YOUR DATE
In order to reserve your date, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit which is credited to your final wedding cake balance. After you reserve your wedding date with us, the next step in the process is the cake design! I will be glad to meet in person or handle the design process over the phone or through email...whichever is more convenient for you! After discussing the cake in more detail, I will send you a detailed summary of your cake design for you to look over and when that is agreed upon will give you your final contract with remaining balance and due dates.
CAKE DETAILS
Cake tiers and sheet cakes are made to accommodate the correct number of servings based on an industry standard slice: four (4) inches high, one (1) inch wide and two (2) inches deep. We are not responsible for shortage of cake due to incorrect guest counts or failure to cut industry standard sized slices. *Serving = 1” x 2” x 4” slices, serving chart available upon request to share with your caterer or whoever is cutting your cake if that’s needed*
SET UP AND DELIVERY
Setup and Delivery to any area in the Triangle is $55.00 (Raleigh/ Cary/ Apex/Chapel Hill/ Durham). Delivery to areas outside of the Triangle is based on mileage. Please feel free to ask for an estimate of delivery costs!
It is your responsibility to provide a stable and level surface at least four feet off the ground where the cake is to be set up . Once the cake has been delivered and set up, AM Bakery is no longer liable for any damages; and the care and condition of the cake becomes your responsibility. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table.
** Humidity and heat can adversely affect your cake. In the warmer months, it is recommended the cake be kept in air conditioning or, at the very least, a cool shaded area. (Please note that refrigeration is not recommended for fondant covered cakes.) Cakes should never be displayed in direct sunlight or anywhere sunlight might eventually move. Please prepare a back-up plan in case of inclement weather. Determine someplace safe where the cake can be displayed indoors on exceedingly hot days or in case of rain. **
PICK UP
You are welcome to pick up your cake, but if you or your representative elect to pick up and set up the cake, a release form must be signed. We will do our best to give you tips and will make sure the cake is secure, but after the cake leaves our possession you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves. It is strongly recommended that cakes being picked up by the customer be transported in an air-conditioned vehicle.
PAYMENTS
You will be emailed an invoice and you you may pay by cash or card (as long as payment is made by the due date).
At the time of booking $100 deposit is due. 50% of Final balance is due 60 days before the pick up/delivery date, Remaining Balance is due 30 days before pick up/delivery date.
