Bakery Order Terms and Conditions

Payment Due

You pay, I’ll bake! Payment is required upfront within 24 hours of receiving your invoice so I can source your cute cutters, liners, boards, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colors, and perfect packaging. Your payment also reserves your pick-up date! If payment is not made within 24 hours, the invoice will be canceled, and the date will be released for other customers to book.

No Show = No Goodies

Your baked goods are best enjoyed fresh. If you don't show up at the agreed-upon pick-up time, you forfeit your order. But take heart—they will be donated to a family in need. Need to reschedule your pick-up? No problem! Just reach out 2 days prior to your pick-up time.

Refunds

I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds, as your supply order has likely already been placed. But the good news is—you get the sweets!

Delivery Clause

All orders are ship/pick-up only. Delivery may be an option depending on the season’s busyness if you live within 15 miles of the pick-up location, with an additional fee of $15. I love a good drive—bonus if that drive passes a Starbucks!

Pick-up Dates and Times

Delivery and pick-up times are set upon ordering, as other customers need their sweet fix too! We have bulk pick-up dates to accommodate most schedules, so be sure to add your pick-up to your calendar!

Change Cutoff

Decisions are tough, but we’re here to help. Order changes can be made until 30 days before your order is due. After that, all change requests will be considered, and a small fee may apply.

Inspiration

Thanks a ton for bringing those inspiration pictures! They’re just that—inspiring. Your goodies may not be perfect replicas, but we’ll try to keep them close, including the colors!

Covid Care

We understand you can’t control when you might come in contact with someone who has Covid, and we want to work with you. Need to reschedule your event? We can freeze your cookies for up to 2 weeks so you can stay home and rest.

Product Photography

Say cheese! We create replicas of client orders to photograph these pretty sweet-looking sweets. If you prefer your goods not be in the spotlight, please let me know when you place your order. Your secrets are safe with me.

It’s All Yours Now

Once you pick up your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your cookies, cocoa bombs, and car doors (I hate door dings) is all on you! Keep ‘em safe!

Weather Clause

If pick-up is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be heat-sealed for a later pick-up date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather (darn rain), but we will ensure your order is kept as fresh as possible!

Once you’ve submitted (awesome) payment for your (awesome) order because you’re awesome, you’re accepting the above terms. Which is awesome because your treats will be awesome!
