**If you notify us (AM Bakery) of a cancellation at least 7 days prior to the delivery/pick-up date of your order, we will refund 50% of the cost paid. No refunds will be given after that date. In the event that something occurs to effect your scheduled event date - please contact us to discuss options. Communication is key and if you are upfront about any issues with your date we will work hard to (but can not guarantee we can) accommodate you. 

Once you have ordered and submitted your payment we are not able to make any changes to your order. **

This is for 24 heat sealed cookies NOT boxed in packaging. 24 cookies with same designs unboxed so that families may by one calendar box if they wish and siblings can take turns opening the box but still each have all the fun eating the same cookie!
